A true showcase to what is possible when creative contemporary design, innovative construction techniques, and natures wonders are all combined in luxurious harmony. The Emerald II is a 5,300 square foot modern palace, sitting on 1.8 acres and anchored on a beautiful vista overlooking a 650 acre private lake, the Emerald II is truly luxury living at it's finest. A one of a kind design created by Summit Design and Build along with a very discerning client, this home demonstrates the potential of what working directly alongside a boutique design and build firm can bring to life.

23-ft ceilings, a steam room, a luxury bathroom, custom fixtures, 2 kitchen islands, and much more — the interior of this home exude pure class… but the inside is only half the fun. The Emerald II has an additional 3,000 sq. ft. of outdoor multi-season living features to enjoy — such as heaters, fireplaces, remotes screens, music and entertainment, and the centerpiece to it all is a vanishing edge pool overlooking the lake. To complete the experience, the back wall of the home is 30' of accordion-hinged glass, so when opened there is true merging of spaces to bring the outdoors in and vice versa. All of these feature, and anything else your heart desires, can be brought to life by Summit Design and build. If you can dream it, we can make it happen.
